Production

IMV Technologies conceptualizes, engineers and markets instruments and technologies covering the entire gamut of operations linked to artificial reproduction, embryo transfer and cryo-preservation of gametes, both for animals and humans.

IMV Technologies organizes its production around three divisions to respond to the challenge of our multipurpose activity.

Plastics division: IMV owns a production facility in extrusion, injection, extrusion profile and sheet, blown film, injection blow molding as well as more than 100 machines specialized in preparatory and finishing process. Some of our processes occur in a temperature controlled room classified as ISO 8.

Mechanical division: Our tool casting facility includes precision numerical modeling for our prototypes which are then forwarded onto a mechanical assembler and an electrical control manufacturer for assembly. The end products are manual, semi-automatic or automatic machines commercialized for all related gamete conditioning application in our product catalogue.

Chemical division: We produced semen media for dry or liquid conservation in our climate controlled room at ISO 6. Such products allow for cryo-preservation of gamete at a temperature of -196ºC until the time of insemination.

All our facilities are certified ISO 9001 v 2000 and ISO 13485.
